Confido Accounting Integrations
Confido integrates directly with your brand's General Ledger, and allows the accounting team to "one-click" submit checks into the GL, which will close out the AR, create a credit memo (or journal entry), and attach the appropriate backup in a single step.
Let's go through how this works.
- Confido has a two-way sync with Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Netsuite, and other ERPs. Go to Integrations > Software > Accounting System to configure the login.
- Review the check in the Cash Application tool. If everything looks accurate, then click "Submit to GL".
- Confido will close out the AR, create a credit memo, and attach a backup in a single click.
