We collect and process personal data about you when you make inquiries or when we undertake work for you. We collect your contact and payment details and any other details that are required to perform the specified work.

We may collect information about your use of our chatbot(s). This is anonymous and cannot be linked to you. We do not ask for and you should not enter any personally identifiable information.

How we use this information

We use and process your contact and payment details and other details to fulfill a contract or prepare to fulfill a contract. This includes communicating with you, taking payments from or making payments to you, provision of services, and providing customer services to you. We also use this information for our customer account record keeping and financial record keeping. Information collected from our chatbot(s) is used to enable us to improve the service and its performance.

Who we share information with

We will only share this information with third parties where this is necessary to fulfill a contract or perform a service. When your information is passed to these third parties it may be processed outside of the US.

How long we keep your data for

Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract, we keep the transactional data for six years plus the current year after your last interaction with us (or such a longer period as may be required by law).

Confido’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data.
